Many go down to Zero strength. Most vape stores are geared towards those new to vaping but many more experienced users make their own with low doses or none at all……the nicotine is not the problem though, it was all the chemicals that went with cigarettes that did the damage…

Agreed. Give someone new an Aspire Nautilus 5 ml + an iStick 30 watt device and they will quit smoking in no time…but most importantly, they need a high nicotine juice, 18mls? And then wean down without any problem to a low ml version.

Same here. More noticeable than lungs clearing up and becoming healthier again, was stunned by small changes I had no idea were related to smoking. During hay fever months, I was always stuffed up at nighttime but as soon as I gave up ciggies and vaped, that all went away and never have been stuffed up since…..
