Apparently somebody doesnt know how a domain works or is too arrogant to take the blame for overlooking something....I too am in that industry and havent had ONE mistaken upgrade in over a thousand machines
Enterprise and professional copies of Windows can have their upgrades controlled by group policies. Blame your IT guy for not managing your systems right
