That’s a load of bullshit! This woman is a scumbag for taking the rape payola! Because of that Cosby will probably never see a jail cell. No way is the court going allow Constand to testify after signing off on a settlement. She basically allowed a rapist get away with his crimes, I have nothing but scorn for her.
