Oh, one more very important thing: the Anti-choice 40 Days For Life begins this Wednesday, September 28th and goes through November 6th. Various anti-choice orgs spend the 40 days protesting outside of clinics that provide reproductive planning services (including, but not limited to abortion).

Hey y'all! My weekend ended up pretty good...Saturday was the six month anniversary (? Is that the right term?) of my dad passing, and I spent the day doing my usual clinic escorting in the morning and then spending the afternoon at Chicago Gourmet (zomg FOOD and ALCOHOL and CELEBRITY CHEFS!) with my mom and sister.

Ugh. I have no solution for you, but as someone who checks Jez 90% of the time via my cell, I feel your pain about not being able to comment. Is there any way you can stop your droid from redirecting to the mobile site? I'm able to comment via my iPad because it loads blog.jezebel.com now.

Hi! If by glandular fever you mean mono (US name) then yes! I was diagnosed in August at the ripe old age of 29. Before I unload my story, do you have any specific questions??

I've been dating (and sleeping with) a guy for 3.5 months who only recently started using his tongue AT ALL (including oral) we haven't talked about it yet, but I have found that some people just need some time getting comfortable using tongue...because they find it so intimate. As women, we expect our decent men to

Ooh, you know, lately I've been noticing that I have to pee ALL THE TIME (like, can't make it through an hour long dentist appointment without having to use the bathroom). This has only changed recently, and over the past few years I've lost over 100 lbs but not increased/decreased my liquids. I told my sister I

She's Krysten Ritter - one of the co-writers of the film, as well as one of the stars.

@uccellina: hearted. I was retweeting @clinicescort today and your convo with her about the madison scare, so imagine my excitement to come read some jez comments and see you!

Resurrection owns many Chicago area hospitals and is Catholic affiliated. None of the hospitals perform abortions, vasectomies, hysterectomies, etc. They also refer women seeking abortions to Crisis Pregnancy Centers.

@cait98: hearted! I made the same comment above.

@najmah: If a person finds a part of his/her job morally wrong, it's time to find a new job.

@lollilove: Not all women find abortion to be "deeply emotional decisions." Sure, for some women it is, but for others, it's just another extremely common procedure.

@LaFabuliste: I live in Chicago, and had the same problem. I picked a hospital I trust (that is covered by my insurance) to start. From there, I used yelp to find my gyno (and I L.O.V.E. Her). Bedside manner is super important to me, so I wanted reviews. My sis recommended my gp and dentist to me, and I've

@New to NYC: Hearted. That's how I first felt too when MoGlo mentioned it.

@honorabright: I'm eating kraft Parmesan cheese, drinking a $6 cab, and playing greys anatomy on my laptop in the background. And having a great time!

@sylphish: Agreed. None of those reasons sounded shallow.

@Pennyfeather: I just realized I suggested alcohol as a gift to another comment of yours...yay drinkers!

@Pennyfeather: I've decided to go with alcohol for most of my family. But then, I come from a family of drinkers.
