Kinja, what the hell. This is not where I tried to put this comment.

I don’t think they straight-up framed him, but it’s likely they did their usual illegal CPD bullshit during the investigation at some point. That’s what they do all the time. The way they are acting over this one, small, unimportant case is ridiculous. Now they are obviously targeting this man and want to get some

I have no connection to what Future says or what Jay Z would wear or what brands the kids are wearing these days. I’m just talking about what I know of Blackness through my own 44 years of life, not the video or musical or fashion version of Blackness, you know what I mean? Saying that wearing flip flops has never

Whaaaaat. No. Corey Booker looks like what he is, which is a lighter Black man. Both of his parents are Black.

And both means we’ve decided not to foreclose on any perspectives while he is in heavy learning mode.” What does this mean?

Black people wear flip flops in the U.S. when it’s hot, though. This is the first I’m hearing that any American negro thinks of flip flops as “white people” stuff.

I don’t know--maybe!

Yes. He claims he doesn’t want Blackness to be a burden for his kids, but it sounds like he views it as a burden in general. Blackness, for him, sounds so limiting and narrow.

It’s so much bullshit. I grew up in a majority Black neighborhood, and my best friend’s family went apple picking. I’ve never even heard that we aren’t supposed to wear flip flops. My on-the-edge-of-Hotep boyfriend loves Natalie Merchant and is a fiend for punk music. I am a crazy dog lover who refers to her dog as

Fuck this guy and all negroes like him.

Yup. I think even “real influencers” should get the boot.

This is so cruel. My parents didn’t prank me or anything, but I definitely internalized the idea that they didn’t care about my feelings when I was a child. This has fucked me up in a lot of ways, and they weren’t even doing for fun/money/attention or on purpose.

Oh honey, no. It was not proven in any court that this man cured anything. He was not murdered—he died from pneumonia at 82 years of age. I guess the man who has been arrested for shooting him is innocent? Oh, no, he was hired by “them” to “assassinate” this man for making a low-budget documentary about a charlatan

Ugh

No, this man with no medical training did not cure anyone of AIDS or cancer. There is no proof of anything like that. Saying that this man’s death wasn’t over something so silly is not bothering anyone’s soul.

Oh honey, no. I don’t know why he was murdered or who did it, but he wasn’t killed for “bringing the truth” because he was making a documentary about an herbalist who made untrue medical claims.

Black People: Can we just agree not to go with this conspiracy theory that this man was “assassinated” because he was doing a documentary about this Dr. Sebi guy? (Who was not a doctor and did not cure AIDS, herpes, and cancer with herbs and an alkaline diet.) Can we?

I love how a young woman who got pregnant as a teen, has two children out of wedlock with two different guys, and who is divorced constantly talks about stuff like abstinence and faith, lol. And for money, even! Gotta love this country.
