Only when it’s convenient, of course.
This is Mulholland Drive, not Mulholland Highway (the one that goes through the Santa Monica Mountains [Malibu Canyons]).
That electromagnetic suspension is awesome. “too heave and expensive” - it must be do-able eventually!
The gyroscopic effect of the crankshaft can be a pretty large contributor depending on the bike. There’s a reason some companies went with counter rotating cranks on their race bikes.
Depends on the use case. A racing motorcycle will want to mitigate as much of this extra gyroscopic force as possible to make the bike less stable on turn in and turn in faster. This also applies to lighter wheels (Carbon, mag, forged alum.). less straight line stability for faster turn in capability.
Depends on crankshaft orientation. In a v twin it rotates along the plane of the bike’s travel with little or no effect, but on an opposed twin like a BMW R bike it rotates at 90 degrees to the plane of travel and will have a different effect for a left or right turn.
I never understand this argument. When I’m on the highway I can hear motorcycles coming up behind me so I know to be aware of them. I have seen people do the same when I used to ride as well.
If your car has a mural of itself on it, you should be forced to live in Arizona or Florida with all of the other Boomers.
It does look alot like a seimitsu stick and buttons. Seimitsu sticks usually have that plastic sleeve around the metal shaft.
If they don’t advertise their provenance, then it’s just chinese parts.. or even worse, maybe those buttons are membrane on a pcb.

What if he’s just happy to see you? (this is a joke)
You forgot several extremely important/critical steps, outlined here:
Just curious if the author of this article ever played the Armored Core 1-4 games at length. I felt the gameplay was good and it definitely is for a certain gamer demographic that enjoys this pace of game.
