Occam’s razor states that the hypothesis with the fewest assumptions should be selected. This often means simplicity is involved, but is not inherent.

That is absolutely not the definition of Occam’s razor.

I didn’t even recognize any of these products as real world things. Unless you’re already aware of the design elements that would mark them as such, I don’t think the product placement sticks out.
