    If you push the reverse pedal while the car is moving forward it won’t shred anything. The T has a two speed planetary transmission meaning all the gear are always in mesh. If you press the reverse pedal while the car is moving forward the car will simply slow down and if you really push on it the engine will stall

    There is a throttle. It’s the lever under the right side of the steering wheel. The pedal on the left operates the band for low or first gear and the clutch for high or second gear. You set you foot on the left pedal and release the hand brake. Then you give the engine a little gas and push the pedal down firmly.
