Wow that sounds like it sucked! I've never used water cooling before but I have considered it in the past, but since I don't do any major overclocking I haven't really had a major need for it. I guess I'll be sticking with traditional air cooling from now on I guess!

I'm surprised no one has mentioned Amazon Prime yet. What is the cost now? $80 a year or something? Not a bad deal to have access to free 2 day shipping, and access to streaming content.

CTRL + C, CTRL + V, CTRL + A, and ALT + F4. I don't really use many other keyboard shortcuts besides those for some reason. Maybe I should expand out to other keyboard shortcuts. There was a time when I would use ALT + TAB all the time but one day I just stopped using it.

I will definitely have to try that. It's a tossup between Foobar and Media Monkey for me. But I definitely like that screenshot you have there. Sounds like both applications are very powerful.

I have been using Winamp since probably 2004-ish. I have been loyal to them this whole time. It will be sad to see such a great application die. Then again, after all this time, I suppose there are other more capable media managers out there.

There is definitely some truth to this in that your body is preparing yourself to wake up just before your alarm goes off. On most normal nights, I go to sleep within 45 minutes of the same time every night and I wake up 1-3 minutes before my alarm goes off. Unless I am completely dead tired the night before I won't

I find that a few drinks in me usually helps. I get pretty chatty when I'm drinking. It can be hard to squeeze your way into a conversation two people are having, but once you get past the stigma of "interrupting" someone it is very easy to introduce yourself and start talking to random strangers. The booz helps with

I actually had that exact same thing happen to me a few weeks ago. I was driving in the right lane, someone was a bit ahead of me in the left lane. Guy cuts in front of me from the left lane over to the right lane, decides to pass the guy in front of me on the shoulder. Proceeds to spit dust and gravel up at my car

I've never used an external battery for my phone to charge off of. I'm usually around 30 percent battery by the time I get home at night. Unless I'm talking all day or using it extensively, there have been only a few times that I needed to recharge during the day. Usually I just charge up in my car on the way home if

I just took whatever old crap I had that might be worth money and posted it on craigslist. Most old computer junk i have is cleared out now and gone. Now I just have a couple bins left with random cables, an extra DVD drive, NIC, RAM, hard drives, and power cords. I used to have a wall of my basement with old desktops

I'm on a minimalist kick lately. I only carry one Galaxy S3 with me. I used to carry one cell phone for work, one personal cell phone, and an iPod touch, but my pockets started to get too full. Single device for all my needs is how I'm going to stay.

I've been to Road America several times for motorcycle races and stock car races. The track is only about an 1 1/2 hours from where I live. Very nice track.

I had that exact same phone up until 2 years ago! I'm still sad they axed the Nextel network. It was great for its time.

My first cell phone I got was in 2004 or 2005 I believe. It was an LG VX4400 (awesome brick of a phone at the time!) on US Cellular. It is amazing to see how far network coverage and network technology has come in that time, not just handset technology. I was happy to get 1x analog service when I was in a rural part

I had Verizon for 3 years at my last job. I never had signal where I needed it, I would drop calls about 3-4 times a day, I only had coverage in the building where I worked and in the middle of the city. Otherwise the service was junk and far too expensive for what you get. I've had Sprint on my personal phone for

July - August is my favorite time of the year since I like hot weather. I live in WI, where we get stupidly cold winters, and blistering hot summers. I'd much rather sweat a little bit than freeze to death. Also I like summer outdoor activities much more than winter. Except skiing. That is always fun and you really

Yes, people don't seem to understand just how many cops there are on WI roads. I've been here for 15 years and it just amazes me how many cops just sit out hiding in stupid places just wasting time to pull over someone speeding 5 over or has a burned out headlight. Cops in Florida have much better things to do with

I don't normally just start clicking right away and installing all the packages mentioned in posts, but this one is really cool. I'm totally getting that rainmeter theme.

I didn't get my first "dumb phone" until I was 16. But then again, there was no such thing as a "smart phone" unless you had a blackberry but those were expensive for my time, so 50 dollar dumb phone it was.

I live about 15 miles out of the city and commute in each day. Takes me about 30 minutes of driving in the morning and 30 minutes going home. Not a terrible commute, traffic is usually flowing pretty good as long as I avoid certain roads.
