Asking to vote for a particular model of Leatherman is very difficult. Really it depends on your own preferences and needs and how you like to carry. The Charge is a full size tool, where the Squirt is a small pocket/keychain tool. They are both useful but in different ways. What matters most to make the tool useful

Honestly, I'm not really surprised. They have been doing this for years, they have the technology and the resources to look at whatever data they want to. Nothing on the internet is "private" just the same as if you post a nude pic on facebook, this is all the same really. You don't have control over the servers,

VOTE: LEATHERMAN STYLE CS or PS.

Pretty much anywhere in the Olympic Peninsula has great driving roads. Lots of twisty bits of mountainous roads. I've driven on a few islands in the San Juan's before. Can't really go that fast and do stupid stuff, but definitely a wonderful sight.

Iowa is a very boring state. Corn as far as the eye can see. Actually Nebraska is like that too. I'd go further north first before coming back down south. I'm taking a summer road trip from Madison, WI to Washington this summer. Last time I went south through Iowa to Nebraska to Wyoming first on the way there. On the

There are some great driving roads if you follow the lower Wisconsin riverway east from the Mississippi river near Prairie Du Chien, WI through to Madison. Highway 18 and 60 along the Wisconsin river is a very fun drive. Sure beats going south through IL and all the toll roads. Heck, stop in Madison lets hit up a

Well since I have a baby on the way in a few months, now I have some practical consumer advise to listen to! Actually it is probably a good thing I have a Subaru Legacy instead of this. 4 doors is just much easier to get into and out of. My kid is for sure going to be around cars a heck of a lot from the start so they

I have been tempted by the Leatherman Squirt for quite some time now. It seems redundant though that I carry a full size leatherman. But in those times where I don't have it on me it would probably be pretty handy to just have that little guy attached to my keychain.

As long as I've been following Lifehacker now, I have implemented a lot of these practices already that apply to me. While I don't carry a lock picking kit I do just carry my house key with my car key. I key takes up a lot less space just fyi.

I don't use anything that is very old. Just a few really old games that I love to play at home. I work in the IT consulting industry so I have seen a lot of companies using old proprietary software. In recent memory I recall someone with a Windows 95 laptop and Netscape Navigator! They use some very old software that

Looks like a Ford grille to me.

VOTE: Monoprice 3000 mah or 5000 mah external USB battery packs or any other variation. Only 30 bucks, and has high powered 2 amp USB ports. What's not to like?

My wife makes the best chili, and I sort of go nuts for it when she is going to make it. She puts chili beans in it. I only like a small amount of beans, but usually make a batch with 2 pounds of beef. I'm not a huge fan of beans but I like the extra substance in chili that makes it a bit thicker.

A/C was pretty lethargic as well. In deep south summer heat in the 90's, with fans at max, and A/C at max it was sweltering on the inside. Every car I've owned since then has kept me icy cool in 100+ F external temps. I think the best A/C I've ever had in a car was my old Infiniti G35x. 110 degrees and it barely had

You must have seen my comment on my old Bonneville. I had an 02 (second generation 3800 series motor, first gen was rock solid) I had countless problems. Had so much trouble starting and ran rough, seats were terrible, no support, way too cushy. Everything on the interior rattled and made for very annoying cross

My vote is for the Pontiac Bonneville. I used to own one of these back in the day and drove it from WI to FL and back. I have now done that trip in an Infiniti and a Subaru since then and let me tell you, the Bonneville although it is a huge land yacht with plenty of room, the seats are not as nice as you would think.

Awesome they used my suggestion for the Legacy Wagon! Actually, I think there were about 3 or 4 other people with those same suggestions before me that I responded to. So yeah it is definitely a good car for a road trip. Or my other suggestion was any Mercedes Benz diesel. For obvious reasons. Economy, and range, and

What you really want is comfort, economy, range, reliability. Just about any Mercedes Benz diesel. Or a Passat TDI, or any comfy wagon that gets around 30+mph highway with greater than 400 mile range.

I second the Legacy Wagon. Plenty of room, decent fuel economy, plenty of room for your crap, comfortable ride. I took a Legacy sedan on a 1,600 mile round trip road trip several times. Great car, great gas mileage, fairly comfy.

Here is what I can tell you why you don't have to spend a lot of money on a funeral. And this is for my personal beliefs and wishes when I die so others may vary...I'm dead, I don't give a flying hoot how fancy my funeral is because I won't be there to enjoy it. So please, just dispose of my body however my loved ones
