I've only gotten out of a ticket once. ONCE! And I've been pulled over for speeding about 10 times. The one time I got out of it he looked at the address on my license and saw I wasn't from around the area. I told him I wasn't aware the road was only 55 and thought it was 65. So that worked once. Wisconsin cops will

Although 1TB is a good deal for a free account, I can't help but think the massive price jump to 2TB is kind of insane. I can just go and buy my own 2TB drive for a lot less. Even an enterprise class server 2TB drive is half that price!

Okay if that isn't targeted advertising I don't know what is. After mentioning Porsche in my first comment I refreshed the page and now see a Porsche ad on the side.

Trade in the Porsche for a slower Porsche.

VOTE: Samsung Galaxy S4.

I have a few basic rules for keeping my car clean and for saftey.

Wow I'm really surprised that the Moka pot is edging out the lead at this point! Last time Lifehacker covered the Moka Pot I remember them saying it could burn coffee easily and getting a consistent temperature was a concern. On that note, French Press was my vote. I've been using a French Press before LH discovered

I think if I remember correctly Top Gear US was going through deep powder snow. These were groomed trails, all packed nicely.

I already have pretty much all those tools in that set, just in different sets separate. Actually, I have Cobalt brand tools from Lowes that I absolutely LOVE. I just need to pick up a couple torque wrenches yet which Craftsman usually has very good quality stuff.

My nomination for myself goes to my use of some very old floor standing speakers from the 70's that I use for my PC speakers.

Posting on behalf of my good friend who modded some cheap PC speakers.

Actually I would plug in a phone and double check that you get some sort of noise or a dial tone even if you don't get phone service in your house. I recently switched from Cable ISP to DSL and the cable provider disconnected the phone line in the box by the road connecting to my house so when I switched to DSL, I got

My wife uses the Otterbox Defender and loves it. I have a UAG case for my Android phone (Galaxy S3) and love it. Not as much protection for the screen as the Otterbox but much thinner. I'll probably get a Defender next.

Although I really love my job, I could really see myself working 4 hours a day instead of a regular 8-5 job if that was at all possible to support a wife and a kid and a big house and two car loans. Yeah I could sell both my cars but how else would I get to the office every day? Ideally I would work like 6am to 10am,

The best FWD cars I have ever driven are probably the Mini Cooper S and the VW GTI. Classic Mini is also probably awesome although I have never driven an OG.

Mac or Windows? How about Mac, Windows or Linux? I know, I know. Linux has a much smaller user base and isn't as "mainstream" so I guess I'll be okay with just going over the two "big" platforms. Each OS has its time and place.

I don't see why not. It is worth a shot. The table might just need a good scrubbing and cleaning with some Murphy's Oil soap. That will clean and condition the wood at the same time. Try that and if that doesn't work use the hair dryer method.

I wholeheartedly agree with you.

Well I guess my "turn it into a new PC" won't count then. Just last weekend I took an old desktop case, old motherboard, CPU, and a new SSD and an old GPU from all different machines, and I built a new media center PC sitting next to my TV. Now I guess if I integrated everything into a table or something that would
