Yep. Testifying without an investigation is just going to result in fucking Chuck Grassley and the like calling her a liar while she sits there taking it - with absolutely no actual questions.

You can’t accuse someone of a crime against your person without the expectation of having to testify to the fact.

Christine Blasey Ford, said through her lawyers that she wants the FBI to investigate her claims against Kavanaugh before she testifies in front of Congress.

So there’s a good chance that, within a few weeks, nearly 1/4th of the highest court in the land is going to be made up of justices who have sexually assaulted women.
