Depends on the system you’re using. On PS4, you hold down the touchpad for a second, with your thumb on the left side. Just pressing the left side of the touchpad brings up the party menu. Holding down the left side of the touchpad brings up a more standard pause menu, that includes the option to go back to MGS5…
