Oh yikes, I can imagine why you wouldn't like it. Although I will say that I hated it here as a teen and now I really enjoy it. I think it all sort of depends on what neighborhood you're living in.

Commission is actually pretty common in luxury clothing and department stores. I work at one now and earn commission. I have friends who work at other luxury stores and they earn a high commission instead of an hourly wage.
