He’d be forced to swerve to avoid rear-ending him through the turn if Young had took it slowly. Don’t know how fast they were going leading up to the turn.

Both cars made a right turn, pulling even is kind of ambiguous. As Hutson was tailgating him, Young would have to had taken the turn first. Hutson could have sped up/around to get along side him at that point, or Young could have slowed down while he was making the turn, forcing Hutson to swerve. I imagine that rear
