I would LOVE for him to be the ultimate big bad this season, it would certainly would fit nicely into the teritory set up by Big Finish’s “He Jests at Scars”.  A Vaylard that’s screwed up time so much he’s caused alternate regenerations to come into being.

I think Dorne stayed independent because the desert was so hostile to land forces due to the lack of water and the sun, plus the ability of Dornish people to melt into the sandy wastelands.

I think both horns were red herrings in the book. I think the Dragon Binder horn will be just a normal horn, and the user will be immediately gobbled up by a dragon. And the user of the other horn will think it’s dragon binder, but it will actually bring the wall down.

Lord Commander Mormont was killed at Craster’s Keep, not the Fist of the First Men. That was where they encountered the wight army. He was killed by his men later after falling back to Craster’s Keep on the way home to Castle Black.

As much as I’d love more of Bill, I think that a) her story has reached a satisfying conclusion and b) I’d rather the 13th Doctor makes a fresh start so we don’t get any “but you used to be a guy!?” scenes. I’d rather the show handles it by accepting it as a fact and moving on with it.

Gatiss will be playing the same role he always plays.

I’m not saying it was particularly good. Only that it has been done very recently. If they bring in the Thomas Wayne as Batman storyline, that would make the movie much more intriguing.
