Sudeikis was really good on Last Man on Earth

Been listening a lot to the “You Must Remember This” podcast and I’m struck by something.

I think it was a lot better when studios employed shady fixers to keep all this shit out of the papers.

We just are not meant to have this much access to these people’s thoughts.

Jesus Chris I wish there was an option on this site to just ignore certain writers.

The writing on this site has been on a steady decline for years.  For some reason, they think snark is a replacement for good writing.

So just to be clear: we're supposed to hate Jason Sudeikis because of a report from a former nanny that both he and Olivia Wilde denied was true, and also because a process server did their job? Even for present-day AV Club, this is a shockingly bad take.

Think about the last time you yelled at someone, for anything. You have done so, certainly — no one is an angel. But I bet if you told me the story about the time you yelled, you’d offer me lots of context as to *why* you did the yelling, and you may even tell me that you subsequently apologized and never did that…

i know she’s a Bad Person, but we don’t talk enough about how, almost more importantly, she’s a Bad Actress. i’m so fucking glad i don’t have to see her in star wars anymore.

The delicious irony that even after getting in bed with right wing detritus, her new audience still thinks her too “woke” for their blood. 

It looks finished and we have to wait a whole year to watch it. Ugh.

I mean...they really should have recast. Not to mention that in the credits tag it’s like “she’s not even the queen of Wakanda”
