True, but my point was that the detail is there and has been for quite some time. It shouldn’t be that difficult to have similar systems within the realm of Twitch. 

Nobody wants their actual ID in someone’s database. Not that it really matters, but these are people who use multiple VPNs to avoid ‘big brother.’ You start requiring enough details like that and you will have serious issues.

The writing of that rule alone obviously implies occasional use of the exception as opposed to continuous thematic encroachment. Maybe it’s not what they intended and they are ok with all of this, but that doesn’t read like a loophole at all.

The most valuable thing about this whole set of coverage is not the funny details, but the insight into why our court system is ridiculously slow and stupid.
