Unlocking/unencrypting users phones is where Apple draws the line and they’ve successfully fought the US feds on that several times.

It’s possible a TV or monitor supports 4K and 120Hz but not at the same time. The TCL 55R635 is one example - it can run at 4K, 60Hz or 1440p, 144Hz. TCL doesn’t claim this TV has HDMI 2.1 but it could because this model contains some of the HDMI 2.1 features.
