ANYONE who calls *themselves* a “straight shooter” is always within the pathological liar’s demographic.

Why is that such a common response to these stories? Like, the real injustice here is the fact that a teenager chose to spend his money irresponsibly (by YOUR own judgement). I don’t know that it’s at all relevant to the issue here. It just kinda sounds like a limp dick way to justify this kid’s arrest.

I think spinning classes are dumb and faddish, but I also wouldn’t ride my bike in the city I live in. It’s taking your life in your hands. Plus, the weather prohibits it for much of the year. It’s easy to tell others to just ride their bikes, but that’s not actually realistic for a lot of people.

My hours: 8-5 mandatory with an hour lunch. Paid for 40, not 45 hours. You bet your ass I took my full hour of lunch every day. Otherwise I'd be working for free. No option to leave early. I think this is pretty standard unfortunately.
