I also think Stiles guilt is less about him feeling guilt about what he
did and more so that he feels guilty about the consequences of his
action which would be potentially losing Scott.

I'm starting to wonder if they'll end the season the way they began in that they end with the Lydia Eichen House scene. Jeff did mention that 5A and 5B were going to follow the same plotline (unlike season 3) so I think they are going to leave the conclusion of the Dread Doctors stuff for 5b.
I thought overall the episode was fairly good in that most of it held my attention. There were very few scenes where I was bored or felt like I had to look away because the action couldn't hold my attention so in that regards I was happy with the episode.
I thought overall the episode was pretty good; I think though that it created more questions than it answered.
