I actually answer that exact point in my other reply, although I’m not sure how to point you directly to it.

Right, that’s just my stance in general, and I try to apply it consistently across the board.

But still - that is an argument about something that might happen in the future. I am not disagreeing that it is possible. I am simply saying that we should take a reactive approach to regulation to avoid over-regulating, and thus increasing the opportunity for corruption.
