Sure. I just want to emphasis that Africa has a very diverse range of skin tones and simply Dark African is not the tone especially as you go down South. I agree largely with comments though, becoz Hollywood prefers a specific type of black person one who makes them feel comfortable.

Serenity was such a great role. I buy him as villain or hero

"she seems really light skinned to be playing someone from Africa." This implies it though.

I endorse this. Only guy I think who could create a new Blade in his own perfect way. Snipe's Blade was amazing. Chiewtel could bring what Heath Ledger to the Joker, not trying to replace Nicholson's but constructing a whole new understanding of the character.

"How South Africa, of all places, starts the plan to save as much as they can." Of all places? Why not South Africa?

You are being silly now. Almost every single hero in action movies does crap no human could do......why do you have any issue now?

Wow.......why do you even watch comicbook movies?

"True equality,.......is the equality to suck like the white man. That's really Martin Luther King's dream coming true, is guys sucking." Chris Rock

I dont think they are individualised. We are simply presented with two Aliens, who are individualised. The rest of the film treats all the aliens, and worse the Nigerians as some for of single minded stereotypes.

Everytime I think of this trailer, it his voice that blows me away. Its flippin scary.

"Now You See Me 2" But why?

For a Robot bent on destroying humanity why does Ultron continuously build himself up in human form?

Okay, living in Johannesburg i just giggled like a little girl when I saw that first shot of my city. Wow, im excited for this. David Spader's voice is so chilling and that part with the puppet like iron man suit......my god. DC/WB, FOX anyone else need to simply pack their bags and go home. Marvel's got this shit

scared the hell out of me....and there was that damn theme for the whole movie...

"I just can't wait for us to become one big mixture so that there won't be any "pure" anything and the (not even biologically valid) concept of race can finally go down the drain. Won't be a day too soon, either."

It seems that are you fully aware. Your previous statement for me seemed to ignore those realities. Ofcourse we should look to see people beyond skin colour or sexuality sex or whatever. The problem is that is not how the world is currently. So when you "more interested in what makes a person a human being, than what

But maybe that shows your lack of understanding on how identities, particularly those of oppressed people, are constructed. Considering the kind of names black americans have had to endure in the USA, African-American was probably a way of them reclaiming a part of their identity which highlighted where they had come

Wow did not know that. But as a 31 year old Black South African Im fully aware about hellbent the apartheid regime was on subjugating black people. The establishment of apartheid as an official state policy in the mid 20th century was a carefully crafted strategy to reduce and possibly eradicate the humanity of South
