Here’s a few lampreys for reference-

Oh, come on. You can’t expect people to go remembering exactly where in the car park they left their monarch. And it’s not like they came with remote-control central locking in those days, so you can’t just go around clicking the key and waiting for his headlights to flash...

Could he perhaps have been transported to the Americas and then interred in a secret tomb/treasure cave underneath a national monument of some importance? I hear they’re looking for a plot for National Treasure 3...

Henry was sort of an Anglophile. He married a descendent of the Wessex line. Had his son called aetheling (Anglo-Saxon for Prince). Spent a lot of time enhancing administration in England when previous Normans relied on the strong Anglo-Saxon system in place and just milked it for money.

Every time I watch the show with my mom she always says: “Why is she so mean to him [Jamie]” and she kind of has a point...

“Anybody else had about enough of this dork Bonnie Prince Charlie?”

When I saw Edmure on the last episode of GoT, I was expecting Jaimie and Claire to pop up in the background. And I started watching The Night Manager last night where our Tobias is again playing a dubious role (I just finished epiosde 3, no spoilers please!). And Sometimes I dream of Brutus...

Honestly, at this point it would be hard to find a British production WITHOUT a GoT alumn.

Who knew Blackfish went all the way to Scotland to take a piss?

The asshole grandfather is a real historical figure, and was just as much of an asshole in real life. (Simon Fraser, 11th Lord Lovat).

Yeah and Jay hasn’t got the best history with elevators himself

Are we supposed to believe there’s a relationship drama happening here, or do we know it’s a marketing scheme to sell music and we’re just playing along for laughs?

I hadn’t thought of that. But this is the kind of ambiguity that could have been avoided by waiting a little longer than a month and four days to rap about Prince’s death (and as an aside) on a remix.

I find Jay deciding that his streaming service is the “safe and sound” place for Prince’s music... annoying. And also, yes, too soon and in poor taste. I get that Tidal is supposed to more strongly benefit the artist than the record label, but I doubt Prince would have been thrilled in any way over someone gloating
