I think it all really depends on how the RS ends up being priced... Of course none of us want it to be too expensive, but if it's too close to the ST I think that the ST will definitely become the less relevant middle child.

Doing any amount over the posted speed limit is already an infraction. So if your passing an officer doing 65 in a 65 and you pass him, he's got every right to stop you. I've been in vehicles when drivers have been pulled over for doing just 4 miles over the limit, I wouldn't toy with officers on the highway.
