You’re the dumbass. If everybody out there, who drives drunk, at least once a year, got caught, & lost their license, then the economy, would collapse, & not be able, to function. Anywhere, in the world.

Either sit, or stand, in the parking lot, of any bar, or dance club, at closing time, & watch, what people do. Some people, will get into, an Uber, or Lyft. But, most people, will not. Why, do pharmacies, not sell breathalyzers? Is it, against state laws, for them, to do so? People need, to have access, to them. Instead, of having, a government official, arrest them, & destroy their life.

You should stand, in a parking lot, of a bar. And yell, at people, as they get in, to their vehicle. 

There are no designated drivers. Anywhere. There never have been. Even, at house parties. There should be, but there are not. Nobody wants, to sit around, for 5 hours, in a bar, or a party, & not drink. Unless, they're getting paid, for it. Drunk driving, is just, an unfortunate part, of life. 

Nobody walks, nobody sleeps, on the ground, & nobody sleeps, in their car. And, nobody waits, at freezing cold bus stops, at 2 a.m. Most people, at any business, that serves alcohol, STILL drive home, after drinking. Any cab driver, or ride share driver, will freely admit that, to you. 

Why, do bars, have parking lots?
