kindle would put an importance on readibility for books. meaning probably lighter weight, smaller screen, possibly thinner. maybe a higher resolution. just some ideas.

you cant really judge the quality of the game by whether or not it has multiplayer, but you can judge the value. Im the type of person who will thoroughly enjoy a single player game but never want to replay it. I, like many gamers out there, do not enjoy for grabbing every tedious easter egg and trophy/achievement. I

"I have bought countless albums with the hopes that they'd be any good but end up liking one or two songs" this statement sounds like a typical top 40 artist album. that was my only reason for my comment.

you my friend, need to stop picking up music from the billboard charts. there are plenty of great albums out there, your just not gonna hear on your top 40 hits station.

thats tomtoms and the and the other companies problem, not yours.

your right, good effort on the post. i almost read the whole thing. this is a ridiculous article.

calm down just a little. the android market is not "filled with viruses and malware". There have been no viruses but there has been some malicious apps. Its certiainly not "filled" with these types of app. It is an extremely low percentage. Ill agree that android (can't speak of 3.0 though, never used it) is not as

okay, i see. so i assume amazon is getting a cut of the profits from the apps too right? anyone know the split compared to the android market?

i just dont understand the point of making another app store. Or is amazon just trying to cash in somehow?

appbrain points back to the market though. they dont host the apps.

if it is an improvement, i dont have a problem with "copying". if nobody ever piggybacked of others ideas, technology would be stagnant.

i feel like apple could sell their ipad near costs and still make boatloads of money from software. similar to what sony and Microsoft did when they first release their consoles.

google doesn't do hardware

aside from the grand theft auto series, i cant really think of a game that's made me laugh.

@9600: a bluetooth controller? are you talking about for your iOS device?

@9600: wow, those are pretty good prices looking at the playing value. are you willing to spend $40 a game even if they they are better games?

@9600: i dont own an ios device other than a first gen touch. how much are these types of games?

my only fear is that with the ipad and iphone, the handheld gaming market will be watered down. would you rather have a good game for $10 or $40 for a very good game? I could be wrong but it seems like systems like the ipad and iphone will drive down the price of games making it so its not worth a developers

thats like saying since i have the right to bear arms i should be given a gun, or since i have the right to protest i should be given a picket sign.

@The Sentient Meat: oled, if you have a sony style by your house go in there and look at this screen. its only like 10 inches which makes it pointless, but its awesome. unsurprisingly with its insane price and small screen it didnt sell.
