@Pelirojita: She said that awhile ago. It's not a lifetime thing, i don't think.

I've never watched this show, but he looks like Tom Riddle.
@andromache is Team MizJenkins: That's why I like it, it's hilarious! You don't think it's intentional?
I find these hilarious, mostly because of Bieber's smirk. I have a feeling everybody's got their tongue firmly planted in their cheek here: Kim is stereotypically SEXY SEX VAMPING it up and Bieber's kind of like, "whatever!"
@Psykid42: Isn't Nolan's Batman set like...wayyyy before Batgirl showed up or was even born? I would've liked that too, but I think she isn't due for another decade or two.
@SpartanLady: I think a wider portrait of the industry is hardly an impossible undertaking, and saying "These successful movies by 1 director don't have compelling female characters!" is simply not enough for me.
There are misogynist movies and there are movies from a male perspective. Not the same thing at ALL.
@AfroJezeBella: Barbara Gordon is Jim's first wife. She dies and he later remarries and has a daughter which he names after her. I think. There are a couple different stories. In some of them Barbara is his niece, not his daughter.
@Heart O'Darkness: IKR??? FUCKING SQUEE.
She was also an extra on Angel once! I know this because I recently watched season one on DVD* and BOOM, there she was, looking all foxy in one of those awful period flashback scenes with Rita from Dexter.
@Heart O'Darkness: I wouldn't call any of these people 'stars' in the U.S., especially not Grace Park, even though like the rest of them she's *FUCKING MAGNIFICENT*. But the star power, the leading man and leading lady, simply aren't there.
I saw this guy on the street yesterday and did a huge double-take, wondering if I went to school with him or something. Now I guess I get why he was so bashful about it. SEMI-FAMOUS TWITTER HOMOPHOBE LOL!
As my BFF will tell you, tits at 8 is no fucking picnic. At all.
This is like Pirates of the Caribbean took acid and exploded.
@whimsicalBS: I think the problem is very similar for East Asian actors. It's pretty much gangster, martial arts guy, or nerdy sidekick. Remember the movie 21 which was 'based on a true story'? In the true story most of the kids were Asian. They sure as hell weren't in the movie.
I dunno, I've always wondered what happens to folks who define themselves solely around being hot, 'universally desirable' twenty-somethings when they get older.
@nailalsarraj: Yeah, what a frightening reaction. This post isn't about "Why The U.S. Shouldn't Have Dropped The Bombs" for chrissake.
@TheProject: They were in the early stages of seeking surrender, I understand. They didn't because they were, uh, interrupted by the bombs.
"And looking at it, it was more than painful for me to think how the fingers were burned, hands and fingers that would hold babies or turn pages, they just, they just burned away."
@EndangeredRed: I think *maybe* she's responding to the idea that as a Japanese woman she only reason she'd be in New York was Lennon?
