Actually, I have one single criticism of Speed Racer: Too much Chim-Chim hijinks. Aside from that, the film is visually eye-exploding and awesome.

The makeup isn't a huge deal, once you understand it's because of the confines of using the same actors across every time period.

Speed Racer and Cloud Atlas are both good movies. Speed Racer might be one of the more underrated movies of the last 10 years, mostly be people who didn't fully understand the source material it was paying homage to.

Greet everyone with the customary English greeting "Evenin' guvnah!"

I'm in Canada, and last time I tried to watch a movie on Crackle, it only played some cat food commercial. So every 8-10 minutes, I'd get to see the same cat food commercial 4-5 times in a row, then go back to the movie.

My issue with The Sims has always been that I enjoy building and furnishing interesting houses with the infinite money cheat on, but I quickly get bored playing the actual day-to-day game part.

If Polanski wants "forgiveness" for what he did, the first thing the guy can do is get on a plane and go face the justice system for what he did. He doesn't get to decide for himself, that sending an apology letter to his victim is enough. Nor do the disturbing number of people in Hollywood, who defend him. Even

Eddie Murphy in "Big Martin's House"

I was fine with LSH not being in the finale (it's not like it had a dearth of crazy shit going on), but I'm a little concerned with the quotes that make it sound less than sure if she'll be in the TV show at all…?

HTTYD was one of my favourite movies of the year it came out (2012?). The relationship of Hiccup and Toothless was fantastic, and really well animated - I must have re-watched the scene where they first really get to know each other three dozen times. That movie had tons of genuine heart.

My favourite part of this episode is still the conversation when the rest of the JLU tries to tell Batman to turn himself in, and Batman is predictably snarly and quick to point out how stupid an idea it is.

My favourite part of this series, was when NdT would gently explain the complete absurdity of pretty much all religious dogma, in the face of such a staggering immensity, without coming right out and saying it.

"And he can’t die, because he’s the boring, old hero."
Did you learn nothing from Ned Stark's death?

Completely agree with this review. Things would have tied together a bit more nicely if Stannis had showed up with his army towards the end of the episode. If they can portray Blackwater in one episode, surely they could depict this battle in one episode.

You're slaying me. Swamp Thing.

I like Edgar Wright, and I like the Marvel Studios movies for the most part. I hope both continue to entertain me, and have success.

We've all had a moment where someone makes us so angry that we are willing to say almost anything in the heat of the moment, if we think it might wound them back.

I actually enjoy this show, though mostly for Pilkington's Dougie (at least in Season 1, since he's absent in Season 2), and the character of Kev. I can deal with the schlocky stuff, just to get to their scenes, which are hilarious.

For what it's worth (and it is sort-of bullshit), Gervais has said that he doesn't see Derek as mentally disabled in any way.

Apologize to them personally. I'm so tired of this shit where celebrities are made to apologize to the public for behaviour that has no effect on the "public". Politician cheated on their spouse? Public apology.
