The only way we would evolve out of menopause is if older women had more children because of the longer fertility window. They have the same number of kids as short-window women, and then keep having them once short-window women are unable. Long-window kids will outnumber short-window.

You have to understand that nothing in this legislation would have stopped Sandy Hook. At best this would have saved children in cities all over the country from hand gun violence and intervined in suicides. White children in suburban parts of the country would not have been better off.
