I use Evernote for everything so when I need to cook I open the Evernote Food app and it automatically browses to my recipes using the "My Cookbook" feature.

Nice anecdote but research has shown that money is not the best motivator for a disillusioned workforce. It can work in the short term, but there are deeper problems with the work environment if employees are "joyless".

Another feature is if you add a task like "drive to goodwill to drop off donations" there's an icon that appears by the task for navigation apps. When you tap it, you can open the navigation app of your choice. I discovered this one by accident. Not sure how much I would use it though.
