I have celiac disease (basically an allergy to gluten) and recently discovered that the doritos shells + the taco ingredients (with beans instead of meat) are gluten free. The refried beans however weren’t very tasty so the best part of the taco was the lettuce

I was surprised that it had lettuce instead of cilantro. I like cilantro. But the lettuce was good as well.
