PSA to anyone thats going to play this on PC: use a controller. feeling controller vibration is a primary mechanic of this game but it doesn’t bother to tell you that anywhere. I played for an hour and a half not knowing what was going on until I decided to try with a controller instead

I liken it to Tom Hank’s brother doing the voice of Woody for everything that isn’t the movies. This is the same kind of thing; in universe Chris Evans is “movie” Buzz, and Tim Allen is the “everything else” Buzz.

Regardless, a toy fashioned after a movie character would almost certainly be made with recordings from the same voice actor.
