FLCL is one of my all timers, and I was incredibly disappointed by both Progressive (which was terrible) and Alternative (which was fine enough on its own, but ultimately just felt like a pale imitation of the original).
I don’t so much mind the idea of FLCL as an anthology with each series being something completely…
