I assume that the very simplified backend of this is that when the message is parsed by Google Messages, it looks for the text in quotes and applies the reaction to the original based off what it sees before the quote. Since image reactions only say that an image is involved it has no way of knowing which and ignores

Y'all sleeping on Taye Diggs' "Daybreak"

It is such a non-issue for me because I haven’t touched the game in well over a year, but I liked Control being on Gamepass because I wouldn’t have to get up to put the physical copy I have into my console.

I can’t help but feel like Hardcourt’s change in demeanor, being a little more open to the team making the WhatsApp chat, is just a sign she was infected by a Butterfly during the fight with Charlie.  I got nothing to prove it, other than it seemed like a perfect time for it to happen.  Murn similarly sounds like he

Maybe, I watched the original run of Dexter once so there are going to be a lot of details like that I'm not going to remember. Originally I only remembered that Lila killed Doakes after Dexter was on the fence and my takeaway was that the writers never wanted to commit to Dexter doing the act.

I doubt it, I don't remember her doing anything code worthy before blowing Doakes up

If the oil tycoon was a misdirect, it was pointless because that mystery was solved by like episode 3. My assumption was that either they intended for that potential thread to extend further and/or they were gonna do a thing where we find out he was that girl (Angela’s daughter) biological father.

“Love” might be the wrong word exactly, but there is some sort of connection he had with both Harrison, Rita (and her other children) and maybe Lumen and Hannah.  Plus with Deb and Harry, if it wasn’t love, it’s probably the closest thing a sociopath could have.

That’s how I remember it as well, Dexter was considering letting Doakes go.  But if there was a scene of him collecting his kill equipment I completely forgot.

I may have to stew on this more. The end itself, with Dexter letting Harrison kill him because Dexter himself would fit “The Code” is fine to me, it’s probably the best ending to his story I could come up with. But the steps to get him there weren’t great. Looking back, I’m not sure why Angela was so gung ho on

For a while, I’d see those colored boxes on Twitter and never put the effort into finding out what it was about. It’s only within the last couple days I saw articles posted and I finally played. I can see why people might enjoy coming back every day for the puzzle, but now I’ve played it twice and am kind of over it.

I didn’t re-read the books that much, and I definitely only read Goblet of Fire in its entirety once.  The movies get so much play that at this point I’ve probably forgotten all the finer details of the novels.

Maybe I’ve forgotten but I don’t remember the house elves being specifically happy about it.  Granted, I only remember Dobby, who was resigned to being a slave and was freed within the same book he was introduced, and that one other house elf that belonged to the Black family.  I guess you could argue that he was

Between him and whatever the hell Quiznos had, I gotta wonder how checked out marketing people were back then.

I’ll admit all I really wanted was for Dexter to bond with Harrison, so at least I got that out of this episode. I don’t necessarily want this to be Dexter’s happy ending, but it should have Harrison being “saved” from his darker tendencies.

I forget who she sent her to specifically, and I didn’t even recognize the girl when we see her in the kill cabin.  But the way it was shown, it was as if Angela said “Go here if you need a place to stay” and the next we see the girl she’s in that room.  I got the impression at the time that Kurt was known to shelter

If nothing else, if the season ends with both Dexter dying and somehow helping Harrison rid his own dark urges, it’ll be a better ending than the previous finale. I assume we'll find out that Kurt being a serial killer rubbed off on Matt, which is what made him a tool, albeit a very successful one.

Is weird because I believe Toei had tapped Mark before to do some promotional work on so on some level they are aware of him

Like even the first girl we saw him kill, wasn't Angela the one that specifically recommended she see him for shelter? How is no one piecing this together?
