Killing off Doakes was essentially what killed the show. With Doakes dead (not killed by Dexter himself) as well as pinning Dexter’s known murders on him removed all tension Dexter had working his day job. And sure, they tried to replace the Doakes role with that other guy but that barely lasted. And keeping Dexter

This video was just for BDG to flex his collection of mandolins on us.

Sometime during my playthrough of Pokemon Y, periodically my 3DS couldn’t see the card. When the system booted up, it would appear as if no cartridge was inserted. Only for this game, everything else worked. Popping it in and out would normally solve the issue...until it didn’t. I tried all the recommending

I had seen the movie shortly before reading the review and posting the comment, and I did remember the Protagonist referring to himself as the protagonist.  But it was only while reading the review I realized he never had an actual name.

I, on more than one occasion, couldn’t remember the word “palanquin” when I wanted to.  And also forgetting what a pangolin is called.  So here we are.

I see, I feel like some of those points that appear conservative were maybe less so when viewed within the context of the episode.  Token being accidentally shot strips it of the real world racial issue, but still stems from addressing the problem of poor police work and the lack of proper accountability of them.

Skimming through this thread, can I ask what the two sides are, and how they were presented as equivalent within the episode? With all the recent events they tried to cram into it, I never got the impression that there were sides of any issue that had to be compared.

Both wrong, although you could argue they got close working off of the typical hijinks of those characters. Randy found out he was both partially responsible for the creation of the coronavirus, and ended up spreading a different virus trying to cure it. Cartman meanwhile enjoyed having to stay home and not interact

It looked like they were pro-mask, but also made mask-shamers the butt of a joke too.

On top of me not wanting to see a palanquin being viscously shredded to pieces, it was nice to see Cartman take Stan’s plea to heart and do the right thing.

Now playing

Man, one of my few regrets getting rid of my RatTrap Transmetal. I’ll have to get his S1 bot back to rectify that. Oh yes.

As a person who typically avoided horror films, the Final Destination one got me only because that was a part of the movie’s trailer.

It’s only happened maybe twice in the last year or so, but I’m always surprised when someone references that show because I never got a real gauge on how popular Apple TV+ was.

Because the Switch lacks the same triggers the Gamecube controller has, the controls had to be modified for the port. Since re-recording dialogue was probably off the table, the text of the line says what buttons the player has to play now, but FLUDD’s voiced line did mention the “R button,” so they just cut “R” out.

I think it’s because Dragonball is still running as well as all the other big shonen series that get inspiration from it.  Magical girl series as a whole I feel like don’t get much attention anymore, although Sailor Moon would still be recognizable if shown to a general audience.

That Scott Tenorman episode is fairly old by South Park standards, and it was by and large probably the worst thing Cartman had done up to that point. Since then, he’s been Flanderized to the point where he’s no longer just the friend of the group that was an asshole, but instead a force of chaotic evil.

You can get out of quarantine if you produce a negative test result within 3 days of returning if you really want to get out.

Angry Mob might have simply been more confusing

This is great, and I’ll have to give it a shot next time I boot up the game, if only to indulge in a full blown power fantasy.
