Uhhh... you ARE aware Honda is a Japanese company, aren’t you? They kinda work in Yen over there.  Also, I don’t know if anyone has let you know yet but.... the Internet is world wide.  

$6 billion is a SHITLOAD of money no matter who has it.  Never let corporations let you forget that.

Let’s see... according to Honda’s website, they operate at 871.2 billion yen consolidated operating profit. And a quick google search converting yen to US dollars yields..... Ok, I revise my statement.  A company with literally BILLIONS in profit PER YEAR.  Happy now?

That’s not entirely accurate. Without going too far into my geographer nerd roots here.... a couple of counties are mildly red, like Mon, Cabell, Kanawha, and Berkeley. The state isn’t totally written off yet. Hell, Mon county has a fairly wildly liberal base in Morgantown, as does Cabell (Huntington).

I’ve never found telling the truth to be that “cumbersome”, but then again, I’ve never tried to rip people off selling cars, so I might not be the best judge.  

Let me put it another way - no reasonable examination of the facts suggest that electrifying the fleet is realistic in that timeframe.

Absolutely worth it.  100%.  Unless you like deadly weather patterns killing people with fires, floods, and extreme weather.

I think you’ll find fairly often in life that you don’t get to face just the easy and quickly solved problems and nothing else.

DEFINATELY in tier 2 at least. Depending on your work/hobbies, it often goes in tier 1.

Well in my defense.... I think watching any basketball is inherently boring. But there’s no reason to think women playing basketball would be any MORE boring than men.

I don’t think of myself as a particularly violent person but.... when I read people say patently stupid things like LOTR is only white people, I just want to slap the shit out of the person saying it.

I wouldn’t call current gas stations “hubs” either.  You’re talking on a scale those places aren’t trying to serve anyway.  Installing in ground tanks and pumps, not to mention the environmental impact and mitigation isn’t cheap or easy either, but it happened.  It’s start with the bigger places like Sheetz, Love’s,…

I mean... it basically is. It’s annoying, it’s smelly, lately it’s comparatively expensive. You’re more likely to eat crap foods than not (which is what the station literally banks on). You literally can’t do what’s inarguably the best part of vehicle ownership - drive - while you do it. There’s often crap music or TV…

That has not matched my lived experience.  I recently had to stick roughly half my available credit on my cards for reasons.  My score dropped 70ish points.  I paid them off 3 months later and went back to the same ratio I had before putting that on there.  Now, 3 months after paying them off, my score has only risen…
