I had similar complaints on first listen, specifically regarding how hard it was to differentiate Dre from the featured artists I’d never heard before.

I completely disagree with this criticism. I really like the album. It has old Dre-esque style with some modern flair. What did you think he was going to come out with 16 years later, something that sounds like Chronic or 2001?
