Only place i see people talking is in COD and gears of war, I sorta hate party chat nowadays because usually when we do run into people chatting its alwayss more entertaining to chat and set up plans with randoms and such even the small confrontations.

about how random are we talking with fire teams, a few hours earlier I joined into some random guys fireteam after running into him in the open world. There's a matchmaking system when it comes to certain missions.
