Same here. After last season, the wife and I wondered where the show was going and why we were still watching it.

Agree with pretty much everything. The handjob exchange was the funniest thing in this episode. The premier had me about ready to give up on the show, but Elijah is amazing.
This episode was firing on all cylinders and was clearly the highlight of the season. A "C+" is pretty far off the mark.
Yeah, this South Park was absolutely next level, especially Stan returning to the basketball court like a video game character.
My wife and I felt the same way about The Innkeepers. It was the perfect hybrid of ghost story/slapstick comedy — until it wasn't. The ending felt like West realized the movie needed tension and stakes, so the main character had to die for absolutely no reason, killing the entire mood of an otherwise funny film.
I saw this at a film festival. It's the very definition of horror-by-the-numbers, but it's not necessarily awful. I think "C" is the perfect grade for this. It's so middle of the road it practically drives in the suicide lane. Honestly, the worst part of watching the movie is knowing that events similar to it actually…
Hmm. It's possible that my memory is off. It's been several months since my wife and I attempted to marathon the show on Netflix. I know we didn't even touch season five.
How I Met Your Mother hasn't been watchable since the fourth season if we're being charitable — the third season if we're being honest. I get the need to tune in to see the promise of the show's title fulfilled, but I'm just not going to torture myself.
I finally caught this movie on Netflix a few months ago. Believe the hype. It's like Looney Tunes and Miike had a baby that was really into kung fu.
That graph is spot on — The City of New York vs. Homer Simpson is the last episode of the show I remember enjoying before it descended into mediocrity.
Just awful. I had to fast forward through the entire restaurant critic sequence. Why are they relying less on integral characters like Alice, Jillian and Montez?
Mario & Luigi: Dream Team. The tutorials continue roughly eight hours into the game! I paid full price for it, and I've never wanted to complete a game less than that one. I've shelved it permanently.
The US women's hockey final was decided in sudden death overtime, not a shootout.
This was the straw that broke the camel's back, for me. Nina was consistent all season. I didn't watch the finale after learning about the result here and will not watch the next season.
I love this column already.
The problem with Haywire is that it was marketed as an action movie, but was absolutely dull as dirt. Carano showed more physicality in American Gladiators.
Niecy Nash's emphatic "Nooooo" while nodding her head was the highlight of the episode for me. I died laughing.
One of the finest half hours of television ever conceived. I had to wipe tears from my eyes by the end.
This show is very promising, but I like Samberg and think Hot Rod is an underrated classic. I laughed more than I should have went he popped out of the tent at the end.
