It’s bloody Brigadoon!

What the hell did I do? Cancelled them all, of course.

I saw Asako I&II at TIFF.  There’s a lot more going on than the doppelganger and the movie sticks with you for a while.

Fantastic!

Yep, my first thought was “Sneakers? But she owns Louboutins!”

Dude, NSFW warning!  I’ve got a cross-eyed coworker who can see my screen.

I still prefer the spray paint in Close-Up.

Jeeeeeean Villepique! I miss her on Spont, but love her warning kids about ghosts.

Thank you!

It’s the cruelist thing that you could do!

I’ve assumed that including it in the anticipated albums lists the last few years causes the album to be delayed. Now that it is omitted, we can expect a surprise drop any day now.

I went through a bunch of dying Earth books a couple years ago and really enjoyed A Canticle for Leibowitz. Remember when the Simpletons rebelled against science and reading? Thank goodness that could never happen in real life.

I vowed to only read Canadian authors this year, and filled in a few gaps in my reading, including Roughing it in the Bush, Anne of Green Gables, Lost in the Barrens, Neuromancer, The Blind Assassin, and Tigana.

Ah, Magnetic Fields. I love 50 Song Memoir. It’s my favourite of the year, but I’ve only bought two albums this year and am hardly a reliable source.

I remember the quartet as being two clearly defined pairs, but that might be because I started with Babel Tower, went back for the first two, then WW came out.

I just finished Neuromancer last week and had the same problem!

"Love you."

I'm biased because my favourite episode last year was the one with Will, Jim Gaffigan, and Eugene Cordero. Will was a pole vaulter on the run for libel, mixing it up with local toughs for about 44 minutes at a time before vaulting into the sunset.

They can reuse the Smoosh Ward set from Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt.

Yay, Nerd Poker's back! One mic and I can hear cars going by—so low fi!
