I did say tattoos, didn’t say anything about permanent makeup. I haven’t really thought about permanent makeup before as I haven’t encountered anyone with it. Since it cosmetic, I’d probably view it as I view those who have an NBC agent injected into their skin - odd.

For me it would have to be if it is visible. Face, neck, forearm and hand tattoos just say to me you are seeking attention. I genuinely don’t care if you have a tattoo, unless it is one of those places I mentioned.
Face tattoos, easiest way to tell that someone has questionable judgement or poor decision making abilities. There are exceptions to this rule, but genuinely few and far between.
