Thanks, I checked it out and it’s exactly what I was thinking of.
I’ve lost a lot of interest, not going to lie. I figured that leak with the eight currencies was real, I figured, but hoped against, this being a live service but here we are.
Say what you will about the other aspects of the game, but I do not need another game made by Rocksteady that has large sections based around battling tanks.
Obviously we only have a surface-level and outside understanding of what’s going on, but from how I’m reading this it seems like it might be the case that this young dev is highly protective of a project that understandably is very personal to him, and when the publisher didn’t treat it with the utmost reverence he…
The article references that this game will let you break shields with elemental attacks and then follow up with combination attacks once all enemies’ shields are broken.
That sounds a *lot* like the “Once More” system that Persona 3 and 4 popularized.
This was a really compelling review! It’s really cool to about a newcomer’s experience to the series, and to be reminded about about how non-male-friendly that era of gaming was.

Obviously no arguing with the man. He’s right, and he acknowledges the problem right there too. It is absolutely one of those things where it’s super easy to want and acknowledge, but way harder in the execution within the triple-A game space. You’re kind of flying by the seat of your pants most of the time, and…
“Logan Paul called his own game a scam 73 times according to text messages recovered from his phone. This also includes 27 instances of 'scam lol #yolo'."
That’s cool that they’re putting up private servers. I eventually moved on from it, but I enjoyed it for the first few weeks post-release.
White suburbanites that have only ever listened to billy ray cyrus and garth brooks their entire lives really coming out of the woodwork hard for this one.
Where is this nebulous of apps that exist outside of the app stores ? Yeah I want to open my phone to malware 🙄
