I don’t know if it’s necessarily intentional, but they definitely knew about it and didn’t tell anyone. Though I guess that’s sort of the theme of this whole debacle lol.

You should really get this prompt when you try to install the PS4 version, too. I’d be super irritated if I waited an hour for a game to download/install only to realize I need to do it all over again because it was the wrong version.

Developers need to build in cross-save, so you might not have your save if you switch to the PS5 version. 

I mean, it was a totally unforced error. It’s only a no-win situation because leadership 0verscoped for the amount of time they had.

I mean... You cited one game having each major problem, while 2077 has all of those problems at the same time. I’m not saying that 2077 is the only game that’s had a launch this buggy but it’s certainly one of the worst candidates.
