I think you’re underestimating digital game sales. Sony reported that nearly 70% of their Playstation revenue came from digital sales last quarter, and while COVID is inflating that number, last year it was around 50% IIRC. That’s not particularly wary lol.

It feels hard to get value from the ice sorcery because it’s centered around you, and slowing down for that long is a death sentence. (It also doesn’t synergize too well with the ice primary fire.) No, I’m suggesting that we’re in the middle of a global recession that will likely continue for a year or more, so when the Series S can play all the same next gen games for $100 less, a lot of people will opt for it over the PS5. Even considering the reduced performance.

I’m not suggesting that the digital PS5 is directly competing with the Series S; I just think that the PS5will have a hard time building its player base when its cheapest SKU is $150 more than the Xbox.
I loooooooove the fact that I can reliably escape from fights. I'm not great at shooters so I usually die really early in BR games, but the fact that I can escape makes me feel accomplished even though I still never win.
I actually don’t mind the frame rate on the switch. It’s been stable for me most of the time.
Traversal in this game is so much fun. Levitation is great (it’s functionally like a jetpack), but add in runes like teleportation and flight AND the ice trails that let you get around Iceman-style and it’s a BLAST! (Unfortunately the ice magic isn't very good otherwise, but I don't even care because it's so damn fun)

Sony is fucked with that Series S pricing. There’s no way they can price the digital PS5 anywhere near that low when it’s using the same chip set as the regular one.
Normally, only the top ~12 teams get into playoffs, but this year the league decided to create a format where all teams had the potential to win, mostly because COVID shot competitive integrity to hell anyway.
