As the child of loyal GM man who bought clunker after clunker, I will probably never buy a GM, ever. The cheap ass interiors and shit reliability that I endured for 20 years is going to take some time to get over.

If you’re not from Brazil, it’s hard to understand the magnitude of this tragedy.
I mean this is the same for hotel rooms too, you look at some cities and there’s usually like four or five different taxes on top of the room rate.
SEA and PHX build that in as well. You’ll find someone has to pay for the infrastructure. Is it user pays, the airport (and subsequently the airlines and all passengers) or the community in the form of taxes.

How about a boycott of “Dr.” Phil altogether. And throw Dr. Oz into the mix for good measure.
I really wish that Oprah had never brought Dr.’s Phil & Oz out of the grays.
The man in my life is getting these for Christmas. Hopefully he doesn’t pee on the tree again this year.
I think the story is obviously very relevant to the site, and the editor’s personal views of what the policy changes may result in are fair to include in the context of Jalopnik. Comments like “rotting piece of head cheese” seem to be pretty far out of place and unnecessarily polarizing for what I come to this site…
As a 45-year Jets-fan, I don’t want to watch them either...
You’re missing the bigger crime.
ALWAYS consider it a gift, from the moment you make the offer. It will not only help you best manage your finances (i.e. not expecting to get that money back), but it will help your relationship with the person when you accept from the start that it’s not coming back. Just framing it as a gift makes you feel better…
idk about you but i prefer natural radiators... They may sag and have stretch marks later in life but they’re so much more fun to play with.
