Well I play a Thaumaturge so that could be it. It at least doesn't feel like 2.5 seconds when I'm spamming my spells. If it is, it flows very well and feels like any other MMO.

As far as the combat goes, the global cooldown isn't 2.5 seconds anymore. It feels faster and hopefully gets better. I only made it to about lvl 17 before beta 4.

The main story quest cut-scenes are voiced unlike the beta.

Hyperion. I wasn't in early access so I don't know how it was then but it seems to be chugging along just fine. Just logged in again and it was smooth. Maybe the issues are over with? (hopefully)
