My wife's dog once a giant chunk of Berber carpet. She had to follow him around with a pair of scissors for several days and snip off the really long single thread that would constantly be hanging out of his Springer butt.

The Avalanches - Since I Left You
Wow. What an album. I can't believe It took me 15 years to actually hear how great it is.

I started playing through the Advance Wars series again, on a gba emulator on my old PSP. Great games. I really wish they release another sequel on the 3DS. Probably never gonna happen though. I'll just keep dreaming about that and a true Final Fantasy Tactics sequel (None of this Tactics Advance crap. The judge

I had the same reaction upon first listen, but eventually I realized that the songs off it were stinking up perfectly good shuffles, so I ditched the album from my phone, and replaced it with The Ugly Organ re-issue.

Disagree. I liked this one a lot. I'd place the following ahead of it:
Domestica
The Ugly Organ
Mama, I'm Swollen
So I guess it falls in the middle of the pack for me. But it's not nearly as bad as I Am Gemini . Yuck.

That is not a very convincing argument.

I'm not sure about this one, Internet.

I've once again succumbed to my Katamari Forever addiction. I was up till 1:30 am playing it last night and it made it incredibly hard to get up for work this morning.

After Yesterday's Milemarker Newswire article, I sat down and listened to Anaesthetic from front to back a few times. What a great album. The drumming on it is just furious. It still holds up really well despite coming out almost 15 years ago.

Get your hands on a copy of Anasthetic or Frigid Forms Sell. I just listened to "Ant Architect" off of Anasthetic and it it still gives me chills, just like it did when I first listened to it 14 years ago. This band rules, but I am not really digging this new song, compared to everything else they have done. I will

^^^ This guy knows how to party. Whooooo!

It'll always be Pixie Sticks and Thunderbird for me.

My theory is that a wizard did it.

Common mistake. "Da Turdy Point Buck" was actually recorded by Bananas at Large, a completely different band, hailing from northern Wisconsin. If you wanted the joke to land, you should have used "The Second Week of Deer Camp". UP 4 Life.

I can't stop listening to the new Battles album, La Di Da Di. I saw them live a few weeks ago and wasn't quite sure of my feelings on the new stuff. The band did mention that they were still learning to play the new stuff live, and after a few front to back listens to the album, at home, I was totally sold on it.

Exactly. There is no way anyone could crack an egg that violently and still wind up with an intact yolk for an over easy or sunny-side up egg. Not realistic at all.

To be fair though, the main title is pretty stellar.

Yup!

Good Question. Mike Singletary has been known to rock:

These pun threads used to catch me off guard, but lately I've hypotenuse'd of them.
