Hopefully, if nothing else, they get him on as a guest.

Mechanical failure? The Miata was moving so fast that it looked like it couldn't turn even if the driver wanted to, like he didn't even use the brakes.

JUNIOR!!!

YES, if nothing else it would be some super high quality entertainment.

The thing that kills me with the 350/370 Z are the door handles. Who thought that was a good idea?

I don't believe there was a whole lot of design continuity between any of the currently existing Supras. They all had similar proportions, but that's the end of it if you dismiss the obvious similarities (number of doors, wheels, etc).

With the exception of the Bluetooth module, the thing that all of those have in common is rubber and/or plastic. Both things that degrade over time when heat and pressure is applied. In my mind things like drivetrain mounts, suspension components, and coolant system parts are bound to fail at one point or another.

Yeah, and GM alcantara wears terribly.

I wasn’t going to buy one. I’m allowed to kitchen about it.

This is a true statement.

Also, I am not against the direct sales thing. I’m fine with it. Just that I agree with the author on this one point.

From a purely marketing perspective I agree with you, because it allows the manufacturer to more tightly control the product's image. But from the standpoint of communicating

This isn’t a phone.... it’s a car. The use of a full function computer like an iMac is infinitely more complex than the use of a vehicle that’s operation is simplified to the degree that any modern passenger car is.

On top of that, the problem of walking by Compaqs on the way to your iMac doesn't even need to be a

If the idea is to want you to come back, why would they want to set up shop in Utah?

Yeah, you nailed it. Personally, I think the C6 is the high water mark as far as Corvette styling goes. Nice curves punctuated by well placed, sharp creases.

I think that W8 must be stupid fun to experience....... but holy crap I can't imagine how much of a pain it must be to keep healthy.

Yeah, I love the overall shape and proportions, they nailed that. It's the details that kill it for me, the closer I look at it the less I like it. I don't believe this one will age very well.

Am I the only person in America that isn't a fan of this generation of Corvette? I'd rather go searching for a nice C5 or C6 if I had to have one. If I'm spending "new Corvette" money I feel like I'd rather end up in a Porsche, (used) Lotus Evora, or (used) GT-R.

I have a Camry. Sometimes it’s nice to just hum along in an uninteresting car. It’s also preferred that the baby’s poop/vomit explosions happen in a car you’re not emotionally invested in.

I love the insanity of this car, but if I wanted an almost-supercar with stand-out styling that's still rare enough to turn heads I think I'd go with a Lotus Evora. Still though, park it in my garage and I'm not kicking it out.

Give me the V-6 model with a manual gearbox, plz.
