so many gifs will come of this....

yeah, but as you, and most comedians know, there's a very fine line between a funny joke, and a racist/sexist comment. Seinfeld told a bad joke, and instead of saying "yeah, I misjudged my audience, the joke didn't work, live and learn" he shifted the blame to his audience. Like he can't possibly believe that anyone

Yeah, I've always liked him. It's just that last thing struck me as him being completely out of touch, at least with people of a certain age.

This is why your email and financial passwords need to be different from your accounts on these sites. Because I really don't give a shit if my account on VWVortex is compromised, what matters is that they can't turn around and use that same password to get into my email.

Seinfeld's latest thing with "the youths" being "too PC" because he told an unfunny joke that fell flat has kind of turned me off to him.

Corvettes should only come in red. Also Porsches.

heh yeah.... so I guess this is a "pick your poison" kind of thing between these two cars. I was thinking purely of resolving the IMS bearing issues with my comments. As far as changing the accessory belts in a Boxster..... I'm sure that's not a good time.

Maybe you’re thinking of the 911 because of the way the drivetrain is oriented within the car? With the Boxster after you remove the bumper cover and the muffler the transmission basically falls out on its own.

You know what Fiat stands for, right? Found On Road Dead

If you look at the maintenance schedule VWs are very reasonable. Their bread and butter engines are driven by timing chains, oil changes are every 10k miles, the front brake pads last forever. The only standout expense comes only if you have one with a DSG transmission, which adds about $500 every 40k miles for

I’m not surprised to see Volkswagen ranked so low, although I’m sure that many non owners would be. Prior to purchasing one all I ever heard was about how maintenance intensive they are.... which I believe is a byproduct of the online enthusiast community being proactive and recommending that things be changed to keep

I'm boring and uninteresting. I also prefer to drive than to spend my time sourcing parts for an old Triumph, so I'll go with a 25 year old Miata.

I recently researched how to remove the transmission from these cars, and it's comically easy to do. In my mind, for anybody who has some chops as a shadetree mechanic, this is a great car.

So...
Abarth 124 > Miata (all trims) > base 124
...is what I've taken away from this.

I “toe-toe” in my current car. As in, left side of my foot on the brake, right side rolls to blip the throttle.

I can also “heel-toe”, so I adjust depending on what’s most comfortable in whatever car I’m in.

Sometimes I even double clutch, not that it's really needed with a good gearbox, but it's nice to get the revs

GM pretty much sucks at marketing anyway. I’m really tired of seeing the “look guys, we don’t suck anymore!” commercials, or the ones where they put a bunch of idiots in the room who don't know what a BMW looks like.

As the owner of a car that, upon checking the internet, is extraordinarily unreliable and will probably explode while sitting in the parking lot waiting to be driven, I have developed an unsubstantiated theory backed up an anecdote.

My GTI gets driven often, and hard, but maintained properly. It’s been more reliable

Somewhat recently I came across a second gen Mazda MX-6, V-6, stick, in perfect condition maintained by an enthusiast. He bought it for his wife when he was still driving RX-7s. The price was very reasonable and I really wish I had been in a better position to buy it.

I might be one of three car enthusiasts on the planet that will say that they really like the Ford Probe, particularly with a V-6 and a stick.

That said, I wouldn't drive this one for any price.

Then can Evans and find someone better.
